By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Services Overview

  • Doorstep and onsite repair services
  • No fix, no fee policy
  • No visiting or diagnostic charges
  • Warranty as per manufacturer terms

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Authorization to Access Device

By using our services, you authorize us to access, control, and modify your device for diagnosis and repair purposes.

This may include installing software, collecting system data, and changing system settings.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Verbal quotes are estimates only
  • Written quotes are valid for 7 days
  • No work proceeds without approval if cost changes

Ownership & Responsibility

You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the device.

Devices not collected within 60 days may be treated as abandoned.

Data & Confidentiality

We respect your data privacy but are not responsible for data loss during repair. Please ensure backups before service.

Warranty Policy

  • 30-day service warranty (same issue)
  • 1-year manufacturer warranty (new hardware)
  • 3-month warranty (used hardware)

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, electrical issues, misuse, or natural disasters.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion. Late payments may incur penalties.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, device damage, or financial losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Refunds not applicable for incorrect details provided

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
